Licensing Requirements
LICENSING PROCESS
- Letter of Application in writing to the Executive Secretary. (Letter must be on Business Letterhead, signed and stamped)
- Download Application form from PCSRC website and pay a non-refundable processing fee of GH₵ 150 upon submission of Application
- Submission of completed application form with required documents based on the business registration type.
- Inspect applicants facility
- Prepare inspection report
- Payment of Initial licence fee
- Payment of Initial licence fee
- Issuance of Licence Certificate

- Certificate to Commence Business

- Form 3 and Form 4
b. PARTNERSHIP
- Partnership Certificate
- Partnership Agreement

c. SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP
- Certificate of Registration
- Form A
NOTE: All the Documents must be certified by a Licensed Commissioner for Oath.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Social Security Clearance Certificate from SSNIT
- Business Plan (Company Profile and Investment Report)
- Compensation Policy.
